Seville # 603

The property management does not check the condo before guests check-in. We arrived and the A/C was not working, they could not fix it until late that night. It was very uncomfortable sleeping with heat the first night. We had issues with the water pressure in the condo too, it took 2 days for the property management to address it. When we showered very little water would trickle out. It was very annoying. I would not recommend this condo....

Location and view were first rate. Appliances and general condition were poor. Ice maker would not work and was told by management company that the owner would not fix it due to fears of a leak.
