The room was not at its best. The restroom was dirty, the towels were dirty and smelly. The sink had hair and the sink handle was dirty as well. The tub needs some tlc.

Arrived and hour after we could check in was told room was ready. After we got the keys to the room it was a mess. No Blankets, bare pillows, and dirty floors. You could see the foot prints from previous visitors. Addressed it up front and was taken care off, but you could tell cleaning staff was in a hurry must have been shift change. Anyways we waited 15 minutes or so and went back. Bed was made, but slipped not realizing the floors were soaking wet. Would not recommend or stay again.

Weekend getaway

I realize this is a beach hotel but for the price I expect cleaner rooms and bathrooms especially. Provided bath products for the hair were empty lucky we had our own. Ceiling fan when the pull chain was pulled seemed like the whole fan was gonna crash need to get looked at for safety. The AC wiring looked like it was hot wired and tapped to the wall. The room chairs could use rubber bottoms when moved sounded like moving a tank and others rooms we could hear the chairs being dragged which was very loud. Again for a beach hotel not bad but for the price I expect more. Lower the price and I would say it was better but for now I can’t.

The resort was pretty nice. I wish the vending machines and the wash machines were in better working order, though. The breakfast was good and a nice extra every morning.
