No hot tub!! But your amenities on Expedia say yes? When I asked staff where is the hot tub. Was removed when we changed name to Margaritaville. So why not update Expedia!!!

This was a fun place to stay on SPI! The room and whole hotel were clean, the staff was great and curteous. The pool was clean and heated. The location is great - right on the beach.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated many aspects of the resort. From the moment we arrived, the lobby felt spectacular and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and beautifully designed, and the staff provided a very kind and friendly reception. The pool area was visually lovely and well maintained; however, during our winter visit, the water felt more lukewarm than heated, which made it difficult for us to fully enjoy it. Our room had a beautiful ocean view, and we absolutely loved how close the resort is to the beach — that was one of the highlights of our stay. The convenience and scenery made the trip special. That said, the room itself felt somewhat dated. The bathroom did not have a functional ventilation fan to properly remove humidity after showering. The sink faucet was dripping, and the shower space felt quite small. Overall, certain areas of the room would benefit from updates and modernization. Despite these points, we genuinely enjoyed the resort experience, especially the beachfront location and the welcoming atmosphere. The staff at Margaritaville was wonderful; especially the housekeeping, restaurant, maintenance, and front desk staff! Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Upper management, I had one interaction with and they were not very friendly nor were they very knowledgeable to the needs of their customers- seemed to be concerned only with making money off of the customers to support their shareholders. That was very clear. The location was wonderful! The environment was ok most of the time- a lot of drunks, dogs, & children which is a bad combination; so we found ourselves leaving the property most of the time to support local businesses in the area. I was also under the impression that the Margaritaville hotel had a gym on site and it did not. The hotel is connected to a private condo association called Sapphire, and they did not make us feel welcome at all. We experienced Horrible customer service and hospitality from Sapphire front desk. The front desk at Sapphire ultimately took away our confidence in giving business to their spa employees. If I was a Sapphire Spa employee I’d ask myself how many other Margaritaville guests has the front desk at Sapphire made feel uncomfortable and caused the loss of business.

This resort was amazing! The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Location is close to island attractions. The spa was relaxing. Nice pool area. Really enjoyed the weekend getaway. Would recommend and return.
