Everything you need is provided including all dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, oven, coffee maker, pots & pans, and YES, WIFI access & Spectrum Cable for your convenience and entertainment. Also available is a full size washer & dryer so that you can wash & clean before you pack.

SIDE A:
A large master suite boasts a king size bed, a large walk-in and an en-suite bathroom with access to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, bedroom 3 has a captain bed. Both share a full size bathroom.
A full size kitchen with eat in counter, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher.

SIDE B:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a Full size bed, both share a full size bathroom.

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
