You have 2 flat screen TV's, a beautiful kitchen for when you stay in, and a wonderful balcony overlooking the courtyard & pool. High speed internet is included at no extra charge.
It is a 2BR/2BA unit. This condo is a walk up unit to the second floor, but the steps are easy. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on top. There is also a second twin bed bunk in the room. Surfside II #201 allows 6 people. Each en suite bathroom is a tub/shower combo.
The well manicured courtyard contains a wonderful pool and hot tub and three BBQ grills. The details are amazing. Plus you are steps away from the beach. You are walking distance to several restaurants and bars.
