Better Options

The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren’t great. The towels and sheets were clean, but there were splatters of something unsavory on the walls and base of the bed. The hotel smelled like an old smoking facility, stale and musty. We slept with the window open. It was doable for the night, but I would not have stayed longer than that.

The location and cleanliness and comfort of the room gets my highest rating.. The shower pressure was AMAZING. The parking for the hotel might be one of the worst of any hotel I've ever stayed at and they charge you 10 dollars a night for it which obviously doesn't go to any kind of up keep on it. The elevator is SMALL(only 2 people can fit on it and barely their luggage) and out dated.

When we got to the room there was dog hair on the carpet, the blinds were dusty, and the room smelled like dog. We didn't get to see all this till after swimming in the pool for about two hours...So I didn't request a room change but we did end up buying a glade plug in for smell..The only high light was that it was a short walk to the lake shore

No frills hotel within walking distance from beach

No frills clean room at a decent price. Included breakfast is grab and go continental. Walking distance to just about everything.

The room was terrible. Dangerous heavy bed braces sticking out on all sides of beds. Lights over the bed were missing - no ability to read in bed. The breakfast was included in the game room. This room was filthy and the breakfast included 3 BLACK bananas in the top rack. Didn't want to go in there the next morning. Other people came to check in after us and no one was at the desk. I would take this off your list of hotels to include. Really terrible

Location is great but staff is uninterested young phone surfers with little interest in being there. The worst part of the experience is a complete lack of housekeeping, we called and tried for 3 days to get them or at least some toilet paper and clean towels resorting to going to the store for toilet paper and finally on the last night two additional towels were left in the dirty room with no pickup of the used towels, removal of trash or room makeup.

The location of the Hotel was great. A shopping center with a Target, Jamba Juice, Ace Hardware,etc. 7min walk to the stateline where the casino's are wirh a bunch of, diners, bars, arcade, and amphitheater alone the way. 15-20 min walk the beach. The cleanliness of the hotel room could have been better. The following issues i found with the room 1. The walls in the room were slighty dirty 2. The weather striping that was a the bottom of the room door was half broken 3. There were black spots on the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower 4. The was also a miner puncher in the bathroom wall near the toilet papee holder 5. The maids never came once for room service ro make my bed or get the dirty towels from my room.

Torn carpet. Possibly blood stain found on the bed comforter cover. No sound insulation. Very noisy. Kids running up and down the hallway. Dogs barking continuously. Limited power outlets and none by the bed. Breakfast juice machine was broken. Not full hot breakfast options such as eggs and bacon etc. Random screws and holes in the walls. Had to pay $10 extra for parking per day. Seriously? What hotels charge for parking? What did I like about the hotel? That I’m leaving tomorrow.

The hotel was ok with a decent bed and pillows, however, the overall hotel condition and service were poor. I reserved 2 rooms for me and my friends and none of the 4 room keys worked and we were locked out of our room for more than 20 minutes. The breakfast hour was 7am-10am but there was no coffee, creamer, bread, butter, milk at 9.15. That is not acceptable. Sorry but never coming back to this hotel.
