Nice enough, but a little edgy.

Very nice folks, very easy to get along with. Nice little social area as well! Room was decently clean but I will say that my TV didn’t work for four days, and after asking about it twice I just got lies about an “issue” that was being fixed (but clearly wasn’t). …and Tom’s market around the corner sells moldy hot pockets, be aware!

We stayed here for two weeks on a snowboarding trip and loved it! The location to the mountain is perfect. Street parking is all along the streets if you don’t want to pay for the lot. Alin at the front desk is the best, a gem to see everyday when he was there. Everyone else was also friendly and attentive to anything we needed. Room was great, spacious enough for two girls, their stuff, and a doggo. We found everything to be clean, and saw that they even were replacing all the TV’s while we were there to nicer ones. Breakfast in the morning is bare, but enough to get a little snack. 24/7 coffee access which is killer. Already planning our next trip and would 10/10 stay here again.

Good for the price and location, however if you are a someone that prioritizes cleanliness, this place may not be for you. There were stains on the wall and dusty surfaces. The carpet needs some deep cleaning as well. Staff were friendly and walkable distance to restaurants/stores.

This was a family vacation trip March 6-9 2025. We had 4 rooms. The rooms were all dirty when we checked in. I actually had to dust the room and restroom we were staying in before we unpacked. I asked for housekeeping the next morning but all they did was make the bed, no vacuuming no throwing out the trash literally just made the bed. We ran out of toilet paper the same night we checked in because it was a half roll in our restroom. There was mold in the restroom , the floors were dirty and the soap holder in the shower was broken. The breakfast was a day from expiring and consisted of oatmeal packets, muffins, cereal, coffee and bagels. Parking was an additional $10 per night to park in the hotel parking lot. The last day we were there the elevator stopped working so we had to use the stairs during check out. It was a warm place to sleep, and close to the heavenly village. Staff were nice.
