My reason for 2 stars is pretty simple.The 2 bedroom unit was missing a bedroom door. When I made the reservation it was for 4 adults. If there were a reservation for 2 adults and 2 children this may not have been so significant. I inquired at the front desk and was told that after recent remodeling the door was gone on one bedroom for a 2 bedroom units....just doesn't make sense. She offered to move us but i asked why, you just told me they are all like this. No real privacy all weekend. Of course, i asked other folks near us and said that was not accurate. To be lied to is not cool. I understand the need to remodel but you don't lie to people. Most are understanding of the truth. The shower for my room saturated the bath mat. The kitchen remodel was beautiful and pretty sure I was the first person to ever use the cookware. Put a nightstand on each side of the bed (no one should need to tell you this. If there is a closet, put a crossbar for hanging clothes. As we were checking out the maintence guts were there to take care of the door issue. Being told, all units are like this just made no sense and was just a lie. Other front desk staff were helpful and courteous. I do believe the lack of privacy for the weekend would warrant some partial refund. I would stay here again despite this initial experience.
