🗣️ `We had a great stay at at this Airbnb. we needed a place with AC that could accommodate our newborn during the heat wave in Tahoe. Once a minor problem was fixed we were able to get ample AC in every room. The renovation and bathrooms were immaculate with some really cool features like a smart shower. the house backs up to highway 89 so you could hear some traffic at night but nothing that would be out of the ordinary. The host is extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Thank you for having us!` —Alex

✅ 2 parking spots on the driveway in front of the house are available for you and your guests. The garage is not available for the next couple months. Unfortunately, no trailers or RVs are permitted on the property grounds. Kindly make parking/storage arrangements for your rigs.
✅ Guests will have the ability to check themselves on the day of their arrival. The front door is equipped with a convenient electronic keypad lock for self-check-in. Your unique access code will be provided to you on the morning of your check-in date.

• NO illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO food/drink/glassware AND NO PETS in the hot tub.
• Maximum 2 cars on the driveway.
• NO trailers or similar equipment allowed on the property grounds. Kindly make arrangements for your trailers or RVs ahead of time.
• Report any damage immediately.
• Pets allowed ONLY WITH WITH PRIOR APPROVAL.
• The space is suitable for toddlers and children under 12.

• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
