This beautifully remodeled studio in the Lakeland Village Lodge is the perfect romantic Tahoe retreat. Full of designer touches, it includes a complete kitchenette, deep blue velvet living chairs, a breakfast balcony, and everything you and your honey need for a getaway for two.

Snuggle up in the king bed to watch a movie in the evening, sip coffee on the balcony at sunrise, and hit the slopes or soak up the sun at the beach during the day. Fire up the electric BBQ or use one of the three available near the lake during summer months.

Lakeland Village lodge units are near the main road — you may notice some ambient noise, a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities. The unit has a wall-mounted air conditioning unit for summer and additional fans for comfort.

The rental was well equipped with a kitxhen that was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. Very quiet and orderly. The mattress was unfortunately difficult to sleep on. It was lumpy and uncomfortable.

This comfortable and attractive unit in the Lakeland Village Main Lodge was spotlessly clean. Being in the main lodge, the pool and hot tub were easily accessible, but South Lake Tahoe Blvd is right over the fence so if you’re looking for quiet, you might be disappointed. No problem sleeping through, even with the windows open. We had a maintenance issue that was quickly resolved. RnR management was very responsive to us. Across the complex, the private beach would be great for little ones.

We had a wonderful stay. The studio was beautiful. It is perfect designed. Clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed right there. Everything is conveniently close. Shops and dining are just a walk away. We hopped on scooters and had a blast. Fun date night idea. You save time and stress with the private beach front on property as well as parking. You can get a better deal. It’s everything you could imagine staying in South Lake Tahoe. We were so pleased with our stay.

Nice rental. Bed pillows could be upgraded.You can hear everything from floor above.Every step they took you could hear.Lots of paperwork and correspondence due to rental and much of it seemed unnecessary.Otherwise, very comfortable stay.

well appointed studio condo in great location

This studio condo is in the Lakeland Village lodge, so it's a great location close to the beach (5 minute walk to Lakeland Village beach) and within walking distance to restaurants and the marina. The condo is modern and much more updated than other Lakeland Village condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped, had everything we needed. The unit has AC which was nice given the heat of the summer.

No view , very small but comfortable.

I was disappointed in the condo as far as view and it is very old and the building really mildew smell. The condo was cute and comfortable but very very very small. Bed is very comfortable. We decided to go to another condo up near incline village. So much prettier and condo was awesome up there.

Our property that we normally stay in was damaged in the recent snows so this year we had to make other arrangements. We loved, loved staying here. The place was clean, it had everything we needed, even if we didn’t find it for a couple of days. The management staff was easy to get ahold of, very friendly. My husband and I will be back.

Our stay at Lakeland village was very relaxing & enjoyable. Lake Tahoe is as beautiful as everyone told us. Our room/studio was clean, spacious, comfortable & well equipped. Things that we loved: Close parking, walk to a wonderful & clean beach, well equipped kitchen & many attractions were within walking distance. There are comfortable lounge chairs on the beach & large beach towels in the room. Ice water & coffee in the lobby. Brochures available too. The pool & sauna area was very nice. Really the only slight problem we had was the front desk staff was a bit dismissive when we arrived. When we had a few questions about checking in & resort amenities. As soon as they found out we were renting through VRBO, they said they weren’t really able to help us. Then while relaxing on the beach a man asked if I was a guest because I didn’t have a wrist band. I had my phone with me & showed him my confirmation. He explained that the front desk had the wrist bands & should have given them to us upon arrival. Just a small inconvenience.

Adequate - Nice Room but Old Facility

It’s an older property that was under construction. The floors were vibrating & the equipment was loud. There were men working ON OUR balcony. When we called the property management company about it (it is a company with a variety of people answering the phone, not an individual) they eventually said they would provide a refund for the base cost of 1 day of our 4 day stay. They own other units at a neighboring property that were not under construction but because those were more expensive they were not offered as an option. In fairness to them, they said the HOA only gave them less than 2 wks notice & they did send us a notification. But it was too late to change our plans & we didn’t know what all the construction would involve. It really shouldn’t have been rented out under those conditions. Yes, they gave us a small refund, but overall they made plenty of money on a unit that should’ve never even been rented out at that time. We were disappointed. The whole facility itself is very old with old carpet and low ceilings and just didn’t have a good vibe. The elevator was rickety. But the rm itself was very nice. The shower had nice tile & there were good linens. Everything was clean. We paid extra for the romance package and there was a beautiful chocolate strawberry dessert with champagne & rose petals. The tv & fireplace were very new and nice. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen small but had most of what I needed.
