Heavenly Mountain, Stateline casinos and South Tahoe beaches are all within 5 miles. Accommodating a family of 10, this new home features 2 primary bedrooms, 4 king beds, pool table, video games, a large HDTV and pinball machine.

The home has comfortable sleeping & dining space for a family of 10. We can host a maximum of 8 people over the age of 5, 10 all together if children ages 5 and under are included. This applies 24/7.

Tucked into a peaceful, forested neighborhood in South Lake Tahoe, this home offers a classic mountain setting with easy access to the best of the South Shore. Guests can enjoy a quieter, residential feel while still being within convenient reach of Heavenly’s skiing and village attractions, local beaches, dining, shopping, and year-round outdoor adventure. The dining table has room for ten--6 chairs & a bench comfortable for 4. Your family will never have to choose between cooking delicious meals & spending quality time together in a comfortable kitchen space for all.

The home’s 5 bedrooms offer comfort & privacy, ensuring a great night sleep for everyone. BD 1 on the second floor has a king bed, windows overlooking Marshall Trail & an ensuite bathroom w/ dual sinks & a walk-in shower. Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry. During winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to mountain roads and winter conditions. Snowstorms and icy terrain can make access difficult without proper traction.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

Key ordinances include:
• Occupancy and vehicle limits must never be exceeded
• Street parking is prohibited
• Hot tubs and outdoor areas may not be used after 10 p.m.
• Trash must be secured in bear-proof containers (pickup Friday; instructions provided)

Pets are not allowed in this home, but we can help locate a dog-friendly property for trained Service or ESA animals. NoiseAware monitors decibel levels in a privacy-safe way to protect quiet hours. This home may also have security cameras to ensure parking does not exceed legal requirements. We care about your safety & security. We do not permit any video security devices inside our homes.
