The Staff was so friendly! The building is old but VERY well maintained. It was so clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were all very friendly, hotel was clean, bed was really comfortable, and it was half the cost of other nearby hotels. My only real negative issue is I arrived at night and it’s a bit difficult to navigate up to the hotel in the dark.

The staff are very nice. The roons are ok but the beds are awful. The bathrooms are the shining star. Nice big showers with great doors on them. We went to the pool that was supposed to be heated and wasn't. The first room we were in the doir wouldn't lock so they moved us and the bed was awful with this kind of lip all the way around the bed that made it hard to get out of. The breakfast was ok but the fruit was old and the biscuits and gravy my husband said was not good. Again the staff was great and very nice.

All of the staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Would recommend to others, and would stay here again if we travel back to the area. Special shout out to Jason who checked us in, and the woman who helped with breakfast in the morning (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!)

Beds too close to wall. Chair sinks 12 “ when you set in it. Toilet paper holder not easy to reach. No grab bar on tub. No soap holder in tub. Web says $20 per pet, per stay. Charges $20 per DAY for $60 additional total.

Standard but clean and affordable

Standard accommodation at a decent price. The pool, though unheated is indoors in a warm room so it is tolerable for swimming. It opens at 6 am, which is good for me.

Thank you for a comfortable stay at an affordable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Having a breakfast buffet was an added benefit. Would definitely stay again if I pass through Clarion.

I was impressed that the front desk showed me a room BEFORE booking me into it. ( next to electrical-& it was fine) I had requested near exit for walking therapy dog- but my request was not noted-(?) tho I got an email confirming… policy now has all us pet owners in pet friendly rooms-GREAT! I have “2” complaints : 1 was the dingy tub.. soap/ scum was evident up the sides- that’s kinda gross. 2 was prominent burn hole in the bedding.. that should have been flagged . I took pix , but don’t know how to include
I always travel with my dogs’ bed..
Sadly, this was NOT a nice feature.

Such a pleasant surprise!

Pleasant surprise for A three star hotel. New floors throughout. Nice comfortable bed. There are scuff marks and scratches and the tubs and metal door frames. But overall, this was an amazing stay for the price. The hotel staff were pleasant, professional, and attentive. The hotel was quiet and organized. It is a beautiful location central to everything. Wi-Fi worked. No YouTube or Internet connection on the TV.

The property was easy to find. Liv at the front desk was fantastic!!! The building needs updated very badly. There was rust on the door jams in our room. It took about 20 minutes to get hot water. The microwave didn’t work. Also extremely small pillows.
