The room was very clean, the staff were all wonderful. I truly appreciated the breakfast buffet. the choices were varied and very good! My only complaint was that I had a hard time finding an outlet that worked in the room to charge my phone. I tried 3 different ones on the nightstands, and finally found a working one by the coffeemaker. Of course charging my phone was a must.

Room was ok, but not great. Lighting was bad and I couldn't read in the room. Heater would not heat room above about 64 degrees though we turned it up until it was set at 85 degrees. Pool was closed so we paid way too much. Could have gotten a motel for $30 less per night without a pool. Weight room had sparse equipment. Leg press was broken and dumbell set was missing most of the weights. Otherwise, motel was OK.

The room and bathroom were both nice and clean. Everyone I interacted with was really polite. The complimentary breakfast was what i expected, but still enjoyable. I will definitely be staying here again.

In regards to my recent stay at the Wingate by Wyndham in Notre Dame South Bend. Upon arrival we had noticed red stains on the sides of the bed that had a sour smell. As well as a cigarette butt under the bed. The bed cover had a stain on it. The wall that had the heater/air conditioner had water damage and the drywall was peeling from the wall. There was a big cold draft from that wall when the heater was not in use. This is not what I was expecting when I had made the reservation. We had tried to switch rooms and the only rooms available was a queen and it was not even close to an equal exchange. I was hoping to be able to have some compensation, or partial refund for this stay.

Yes. Both staff was very courteous and the room was very clean plenty of towels thank you I did however not find the temperature thermostat adjustments in the room number 158 but that's okay the temperature ended up being okay thank you
