Although the general building has a few rough spots. It is really nice and clean, the Breakfast area and choices are very nice too. We also found the rate reasonable for our multi day stay. (11am checkout)

The staff wasvvery friendly and helpful. The property wasbin very poor shape. Ceiling drywall fslling on the bathroom. Thre bathtub was stained and apeared to be very dirty. The furiture was stained. The carpet was stained. And the entire property had dortu pet odor.

Amazing staff!

The staff was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and helpful. The beds not so much. Thin, hard, outdated mattresses that were only a few feet off from the floor. The room was clean. The pool was unusable as it was FREEZING! It is NOT a heated pool and if it is, the heat was off! Both the pool and the hot tub need updated and resurfaced. The breakfast offered was okay. Typical Continental breakfast offerings. It could use some bananas and oatmeal.

Dirty/ no communication

The only thing that was good about it was the lady that checked me in and the lady that checked me out, she was very nice. She was very kind. Other than that. He had horrible staff that didn’t wanna help you. The rooms were disgustingly dirty rust in the tub Had to ask to have the Jacuzzi turned on and then when you go back later, it’s turned back on you have to ask him again to turn it on. I don’t know what was going on with the pool. There was an inside pool but the outside pool was blocked off. It was kind of weird. Would not stay there again would not recommend friends.
