Staff lacked spirit of hospitality. They questioned why we needed extra towels after a no maid service day. Bathroom moulding, walls, and bathtub in poor repair (#135). Each morning somebody knocked on our door early despite having the no disturb sign displayed. The clincher was the knock to find out why we were still in the room past checkout time, when we still had 2 nights left on the reservation. No apology offered. The fitness room was "under renovation." No elevator available. Vending machines out of order. It was obvious an entire family and extended family live at the hotel. We were made to feel like trespassers in their space that they had to begrudgingly house us in.

Need of repairs and cleaning

The hotel is ran down and in need of repairs. The hotel bathroom floor was filthy, there was mold on the bathtub tiles, broken fixtures, gauges along the walls and more.

Run down dirty hotel. Avoid if you can. Rooms smell horrible, dirty linens, water damage in all our rooms, mold all over bathroom. We had three rooms and all were in poor shape.

Avoid

Terrible experience. Dirty towels. Dirty sheets. Busted door lock. Generally run down and seedy. We were booked for two nights. Did not stay the second night. Had to book another hotel in addition to paying the second night at this one. The move was worth the added (considerable) expense. We did not feel safe staying here.

Zero star 1. Smell like soap box not in good way 2. Bathroom shower tile very dirty 3. Toilet clogged up first day-maintenance repaired 4. Bathroom door will not close properly-slammed very hard to close 5. Showers and sink will not drain-water back up We could not stay another night. When checking out they offer different room but we no thanks. We had to find another hotel to stay. Very disappointed in Quality Inn
