Two 65-inch televisions, Sonos speakers, smaller TV in kitchen, large living room, kitchen with plenty of seating, outdoor deck with brand new Weber Grill, outside eating table and countless Notre Dame folding chairs. Big front and backyard and garage full of activities and games! Brand new entertainers-dream garage with indoor and outdoor bar! This is the perfect location for a family or friend gathering within walking distance of every Notre Dame attraction. WIFI, Air Conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom. Concierge services also available for additional price. This home was purchased to provide quintessential Notre Dame experiences like my own family has enjoyed for decades. This house has everything you can possibly need for that perfect Notre Dame vacation!
