Went to South Bend for a Notre Dame football game

Clearly someone lives at the property.. The bathtub was pretty nasty, cracked black grout I was not about to shower in that bathroom. The sink I had to clean . The kitchen was filled with everything and greasy. I think the house is under renovation but in my opinion needs more work before it is rented. Beds were fine and linens were clean.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for walkability for all things on campus. Andrew was always quick to respond to our requests. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The beds and pillows were very comfortable for us 4 older adults. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to South Bend.
