This was the foulest hotel I have been exposed to. Pubic hair in the bathroom. The sink was filthy with soap scum and toothpaste residual. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and falling in. The floors were dirty with dead bugs curled up, dust balls and coins. Walls stained with splatters. A chair with vomit. After showing the staff pictures we were offered another room, which was cleaner but still dirty with greese stains on the wood back board. Upon entry to the room the windows were open and it was freezing. Once closed and the heat turned on the room began to have a foul odor. At that point we decided it was time to leave. We told the staff we would be leaving and were told our only recourse for refund is through Expedia (still working on that). At check in they hold more than twice your room price on your credit card for "incidentals" and then claim up to 10 days to release it. DO NOT stay here. We were traveling south from a Notre Dame game, I highly recommend traveling further down the road.

We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the hot tub but overall it was average. It was clean. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was out on time but we didn’t stay to have breakfast. Coffee was not good. Breakfast selection was good.

Rooms dirty. Had to exchange the comforter. Room stated sleeps 6 (2 Queen Pull-out-couch), they would not offer bed linens and pillows for the pull-out-couch. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain was covered in dirt and stains. When they came for room service, they exchanged 2 towels, but didn’t exchange the towel placed on the floor in front of the shower. Took forever for a staff member to check us in. Staff said inappropriate things to our kids. Will NEVER or will I ever recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY!!

The hotel was dated, and there were quite a few guests living out of rooms in the hotel. There were two families, with a combined 4 kids staying down the hall and they were in the hall playing and yelling until midnight.

I've stayed at several Comfort Suites around the United States and the Plymouth Indiana facility was terrible. In a word, nasty.
