This was my family's 3rd stay at this rental. Since it is obvious we like it a great deal, I will focus on the positive and try to think of any negatives along the way. The view is outstanding. The beach access through the woodsy path is easy to navigate (though it is a bit tricky to spot) and great for the younger, fitter travelers. For us lazy older folks, the quiet road is an easy walk through shade trees and dead ends at a lovely beach. The private beach area is underappreciated and usually deserted. This allows my dog to roam free more often than not. We have finally mitigated the hot upstairs bedroom with a simple opening of a window across from the view-window. The house is brilliantly appointed. Though quite small in footage, it does not feel cramped at all. Shocking there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.If you have a comfortable folding chair, you should bring it. I forgot mine this year and would have liked to have it by the beach fire my son built. The recliner couch is dangerously comfortable and each of my group lost a vacation day reluctantly napping. Comfortable parking for 2 cars. There are stairs to get in though either access, but only 2 on the backside. My biggest complaint is extraneous to the home itself. There are "sailers by the wind" washed up in MASSIVE quantities for the last 2 years. I do not know if this is because of the time of year, but my dog has taken a shine to eating them voraciously. Gross.
