Two extra beds in bedrooms and one sofabed (140 cm) for 1-2 pers, total bed places for 10+2. Shower/toilet also on the 2nd floor.
4 x Tv. Air conditioning. Open terrace and storage for skies. 4 x Car heating plugs.
For a baby: high chair and travel bed, also the child safety gates on the stairs.
Terrace with furnitures and barbeque use on summertime.
