The room was spacious and clean. The floors are laminate. So much cleaner than carpet. The bathroom was on the small side but had a 'barn' door and lite up/heated mirror. The breakfast buffet was the best asset of the hotel. Very spacious room. Lots of seating. The food was plentiful and DELICIOUS!

Pros:Clean room, respectable overnight lobby staff, A couple come directly to my(exterior)room,knockingasking for "Brooks". Thru the window,I tell them that Idk a "Brooks". They had a sense of entitlement belonging there. I opened the curtain so they could see I wasn't alone-,seemed to hurry and skadattle them away. I got their tag#. We were THANKFUL I did! SAME couple, SAME car FLED,recklessly,from me following down Madison Blvd. We come backnfeeling as if they're going to be there -.which they WERE!! Attempting again- 565 E.losing sight,i hit 255& turn around@Bridge Street to come back. THERE THEY WERE AGAIN! Arriving back@3:30/4 am:needless to say me nor my S/o was able to sleep due to the unexpected&honestly quite scary chain of events. Due to this encounter, I highly doubt that we will be returning to your establishment.. especially no time in the near future. I understand this was not BW's fault but should still be held accountable for the safety threat that we-CUSTOMERS- felt from 2 random NON-CUSTOMERS seeming that they BELONGED at my room.. I should also note that we were the ONLY ones on the entire far back/right side strip of rooms.. (Probably unrelated and again not the fault of BW) I also must have left my ID there at the room and I never received a call nor did I receive my ID in the mail.

The room was not acceptable and my wife had to check out after the first night. 3 cockroaches in the room and the hotel was in disrepair. We could not get a credit for the second night due to the fact we booked through Expedia. I do expect a credit from Expedia.

The staff is very friendly and professional. This visit the bed was very uncomfortable! The room was very clean but we had springs in our backs all night long! The breakfast was good and hotel is clean. The Asian restaurant was exceptional! Would recommend this hotel but not room 107 because of the bed,

3 night stay to visit family. Clean room. Needs updating. Comfy beds. Breakfast was really good. A little cold but good. Juice was watery. Staff was top notch. Quiet safe area. Keurig in room was great. Microwave and fridge worked well. Overall I give it 4/5 stars.

We were traveling for my daughter's wrestling tournament and got in kind of late. Once we got into our room, our smoke alarm kept going off because of a dead battery, I'm assuming. I called the front desk and eventually someone came up. They removed our smoke alarm and the. The CO2 alarm started alarming. They eventually just removed both alarms from our room so that they would stop making noise. When the kids woke up in the morning, they wanted to watch TV. Our TV wasn't working. We called the front desk again and by the time anyone came up to fix the TV, we had to leave. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was great. We were only there for about 9 hours, just enough to sleep and shower.
