The room we had was nice, clean and spacious, We only stayed one night as an emergency accommodation due to a missed flight so was not able to check out the swimming pool and other facilities but it was convenient to have 24 hours reception to check out at 4:30 am.

The place is nice. The staff is good. Given the place far away from anything, I did not see the value. Also,the taxi could not find the place on google maps. Need to search for glow hotel. The place should be about 20% cheaper. Location is not good at all. Again clean and good staff.

The hotel was in a dodgy area with no access to public transport. There’s nothing to see in the neighborhood, could not even find a money changer nearby. The room was so basic and cheaply done—photos online can’t be trusted. I only stayed maybe 30-45 minutes in the room before checking out and booking a new hotel, and in that short period I could tell that it wouldn’t have provided restful sleep as I could hear everything that was going on outside. I tried to ask for a refund from the hotel (via Expedia) since day 1 and they did not bother responding until my last day in Bangkok, only to say that they would not issue the refund. HORRIBLE. I am still chasing them for my refund, but given how unresponsive they are it could take another week or so just to get a response.

5 star hotel?

Rooms big and ok. However, I do not understand how this can be a 5 star hotel. Pictures not as good in reality. The area is a very ”local” area where you cannot really stroll. You would need to take taxi everywhere as its far off from center and not safe. The rooftop restaurant was really superb though.
