Nice place to stay. Waiting 20 minutes for Host to show up and check the line of people in was a bummer. Hot hard boiled eggs for breakfast was odd. Not my cup of tea but over it was a very nice hotel.

I had pubic hair and crumbs on my bed. It was something sticky on the couch and the desk was also sticky. The dishwasher smelled really bad. We went down to get breakfast right at 6:30 and had to leave. Breakfast was at 6:30 but it was not ready yet. I had asked for just some yogurt and some other things and we felt like we were such a burden. I had told the front desk about about the dirty bed and everything she had offered me 8,000 Hyatt points,000 Hyatt points. Upon looking at how much 8,000 Hyatt points gets me on their website, it's basically nothing. I probably would not stay here again. It doesn't mean I wouldn't try another Hyatt.

The size of the room was very nice and appeared to be clean. The breakfast offerings were good and convenient. The hotel was quiet and there was ample parking. The one unfortunate incident was one day our room did not receive any housekeeping services and we had to request clean towels and toilet paper. The person at the front desk didn’t seem to think it was a big deal nor did she offer an apology.

Thanks to Tanuja K. and Yelitza at the front desk and Supervisor Steve, my stay at the hotel which had to be extended several times was accomplished seamlessly and at a good rate. Even though we only have coffee for breakfast, the daily breakfast buffet available to all guests has a big selection including eggs, sausages and pancakes. There is plenty of parking and there is a nice seating area near the pool. We are staying at a double queen room and it is very spacious. We are taking advantage of the full-size refrigerator in the room by stocking it with our favorite club sodas and fruits. I highly recommend this hotel especially for those who needs an extended stay.

There was some repairs needed in our room. Drainage in the bathroom, outlets look like they needed some attention. The room had a slight odor. The carpet seemed damp.
