Ok, could use some improvement

I thought the hotel was ok, some things could be improved though. No lids for coffee at breakfast, no recycle trash in lobby, no housekeeping daily - not even for fresh towels. They did not have washrags - I even asked, and had to ask for fresh towels. Our trash was overflowing because they only clean every other day. Their credit card terminal was also not working and we thought it was our card so we wasted time calling our banks. Overall stay was ok, just needs some tweaks

Was kept up all night by what sounded like water turning on and off. Went into the bathroom and found ants crawling all over. Will never stay here again

Room 57degrees at arrival, raised thermostat to 70, later room became hot. Tried to lower the temp but battery was dead. Called desk to explained issue, they will call back, had to call again, said can’t fix currently. From hallway heavy fried chicken smell for hours came into room all night and noisy people in the halls.

Booked a room with two queen beds. Upon check in there were non left so we were offered a king bed and a pull out sofa. At 10 o’clock at night there was not much of an option. Pull out sofa was saggy, fitted sheet had stains on it, cover sheet had stains on it. Check in took awhile because the only desk staff was busy trying to help another customer because her room did not have a working refrigerator. Will pick a different hotel next time I’m in the area
