The staff was very nice however the room had an overwhelming smell of mold. Each day we had to bring our bags with us and keep them in the car and bring back in at night. We had to wash everything when we got home and air out the bags for several days. We did not sleep well since the smell was so bad

Concierge not friendly. Did not great. Not even a thank you. Put me next to a room with noisy people. Room itself was sufficient but clearly neglected. Sugar pack was open on top of microwave, shower head coming out from wall. Got pics. Won’t stay here again.

I made the reservation online to stay at the hotel. My friend came here from Florida due to an Emergency she had. I felt so bad about what she was going through. I told her I will help in every way I can. I had Emergency Surgery for a Calcified Mass I am trying to recover from. I missed a tremendous amount of time from work because of that. I was trying to pay for a stay at this hotel which was closer to the airport. Her flight was scheduled to leave at 10:00pm. I let her know I would get the hotel at a closer location in New Jersey. I grew up in Hillsborough, New Jersey since the first grade. That is why I chose this particular hotel. When I arrived, I was told this particular hotel required a 100.00 dollar security deposit: no exceptions. I did not have 100 dollars left. I made 2 bill payments: with a total amount of 454.00 dollars that day. I was low on money. I tried to help a friend who lost her mother, her father, and her brother as well. She has never been able to recover from the trauma from losing all three of them. She is depressed and she needed help: which I was trying to give to her. Her uncle in Florida was going to help her once she got down there. The front desk at this hotel said: "I can not break the rules. The 100 dollar security deposit is required." Nobody helped the situation: or was willing to even try. I could not provide her the room: so that she could take a shower before the flight.

Terrible place, you get what you pay for. Homeless people outside, dirty facility. Plus, awful staff!! Awful manager named mike! Poor customer service, front desk people not properly trained poor communication skills!!! The worst part, they don’t know who’s staying in the facility! They called on our room on the 3rd day from check in. So they don’t know who’s coming in and out of the facility?!! Scary!!!

Check in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and they were accommodating to a layer checkout. The coffee in the morning was a little weak but that’s literally my only complaint lol.

Yes AC was good employees very courteous cleaning was lazy half bed made sheets I had to ask to change . Blood stained . One lady said usually people who stay for more than 3 days bring their own stuff. One hard working man was late after dinner he cleaned carpet. That Made my day. After cleaning lady dragged 2 rooms something on her shoes . At least they are honest. I got my deposit back for 0 damages.
