Customer service was incredible! The hotel room was nice and bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast did not have many options, and the toilet had an issue that we fixed ourselves. Otherwise, it was a fine experience.

The booking system needs to be updated, and the receptionist needs to be trained. I was booked using Expedia, and it was a paid trip, but the receptionist told me that I needed to pay again for the room rate since he wasn't seeing any payment from his end. He advised me to call the Expedia and bank to see if they had already deducted the payment for my hotel. It was just a weird transaction on my side for the first time. Hopefully, The Comfort Inn and Expedia can solve this booking system. The issue was resolved by calling his manager.
