Facilities are good but the hotel is under staffed and the existing staff need more training. Check in, with no line, took 15+ minutes even with the room pre-paid. Staff communicated nothing during this process even with a couple prompts of “is there a problem” and just staring at the computer screen. This created anxiety about not having a room after a long day of travel.
