Had to ask twice for fresh fruit to be filled and orange juice. Requested fried egg but got poached which was very small and dry yellow. Shortage of staff. Cut the bread in advance so it does half hang out of the toaster. I wrapped at the toaster to make it fit.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Rebecca Kholer who served us breakfast was really good at her job, so friendly and welcoming. We also had a good experince with the waiters and bar staff in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was our 3rd stay with you; we returned because we have always enjoyed our visits. The hotel is really characterful, comfortable and beautifully clean. All the staff we meet are friendly and efficient and the food is excellent. The Christmas decorations are fabulous!

I was travelling with two young Pekingese puppies, every one was so obliging and they were treated like VIPs. Pet friendly doesn’t cut how far this establishment goes to make our pets very welcome uncomfortable. I go to Stafford Showground four or five times a year to show my dogs and in the future I will always be staying at the swan
