Great value for money. Beautiful surrounding and extra friendly staff. Dogs are welcome and you can directly walk from the property into the forests and nature parks with it's unique flora, fauna and wildlife. Highly recommended, not just for a budget overnighter..

Es waren scheinbar neue Zimmer, aber der Innenarchitect war wohl neu im seinem Beruf. In Flur und Zimmer war Laminat verlegt, läßt sich zwar gut reinigen, schluckt aber keinen Schall. Irgendwelche Haken für Handtücher gab es nicht und der Lichschalter für das Bad war links von der Tür - siehe gelber kreis. Ich verstehe so etwas unprofessionelles nicht. Küche & Bar war in Ordnung, allerdings hatte das Hotel den Charm der 70er Jahre

Kernsanierung erforderlich, Service schlecht

Das Hotel ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig bzw. müsste abgerissen werden. Räume mit drückenden, dunkel verkleideten Decken, überall Teppichboden, geflickte Reet-Dächer, alte Bäder etc. Diese Liste könnte endlos weitergeführt werden. Was aber unmittelbar geändert werden könnte: 1. der schlechte Service beim Frühstück sowie beim Abendessen. Wir saßen in einem Raum, in dem sich beim Frühstück das Geschirr auf den Tischen stapelte. Nach 15 min. haben wir dann eigenständig den Tisch frei geräumt und an einem dreckigen Tisch gefrühstückt. Bis zum Ende des Frühstücks ist keine Servicekraft aufgetaucht. 2. Das Abendessen mit ambitionierten Preisen war ungenießbar. Der Salat mit Ziegenkäse als Vorspeise war geschmacklos, das Dressing fade. Als Hauptgericht bestellte ich einen Burger. Dieser war lieblos zusammengebaut, viel zu lange gebraten und offenbarte sich als hartes, trockenes Gebilde mit Soßen aus der Tube garniert. Er war ungenießbar. 3. in unserem Familienzimmer mussten wir ein Bett verrücken. Dahinter fand sich Staub und alte Erdnüsse. Ekelhaft. Bei aller Baufälligkeit stimmt hier leider auch sonst wenig in diesem Hotel. Der Service ist maßlos überfordert und spricht nur schlecht deutsch. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, weil wir keine weitere Nacht dort verbringen wollten.

Für eine Nacht okay…

Pro: Ältere, gepflegte Hotelanlage in Alleinlage. Großer Parkplatz, sauber, freundliches Personal, anständige Betten, funktionales Duschbad, ordentliches Frühstück. Con: Schlechter Handy-Empfang, kein Aufzug. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit Blick auf Innenhof nicht zu empfehlen: Hoher Geräuschpegel durch laute Seminarteilnehmer auf Außenterrasse bis 1:00 Uhr morgens.

Old and Worn-out hotel

Stayed at this hotel during a visit to Heide Park. Chosen for its low price and decent appearance online, but the actual experience was disappointing. The hotel is very outdated and poorly maintained. Common areas and rooms show clear signs of wear—faded carpets, damaged furniture, dim lighting, and an overall neglected feel. The website photos are misleading and do not reflect the current condition. Our room was not properly cleaned: cobwebs on the ceiling, dusty shelves, and broken tiles in the bathroom. It felt like it hadn’t been deep-cleaned or refreshed in a long time. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. While the waiter was friendly and service was fast, he appeared unprofessional—worn-out clothes and poor hygiene, including dirty nails. The food was below average: the schnitzel lacked flavor, tasted of old oil, and the hollandaise sauce contained dried estragon. Portions were large, but the quality didn’t match the price. Breakfast was reasonable for the rate. The staff kept the buffet stocked and the area tidy. Staff were generally polite, but the overall service level was low. The hotel may suffice for a quick night’s sleep and basic breakfast, but don’t expect comfort or value beyond that. There are better options in the area, even just for a bed and a shower.
