This lovely treehouse is about 12m2/130 square feet, with a big front terrace. It contains one room with a couple of beds, a flat TV and all the equipment necessary for dining. Also in this room are the fridge and closet. There is also an air conditioner for warm summer days and nights. The little restroom is separated by sliding doors. The restroom contains a sink, toilet, and shower.
On the terrace is a dining table for eating and a comfortable relaxation area. Also, attached to the house, on the terrace, is a little kitchen.

Beautiful Šolta island is located 50 min ferry drive (people and vehicles) or 20 min speedboat drive (people only) from Split. This property is a 15-minute walk from the Rogač ferry port or just a few minutes car drive. Main village Grohote, with all necessary for living (supermarket, local market with fresh fruits and veggies, post, ATM, pharmacy, local doctor), is a 20-minute walk or just a 5-minute car drive. So the property's very accessible location is perfect for guests with or without a car.
