Very basic, uncomfortable bed, room never got warm, curtains don’t close and the desk was not suitable to work on as it didn’t even fit a laptop on. Breakfast was very minimal - just a couple of bread rolls and cakes. Staff were rude on check out - raising his voice at me as he explained he was charging 40 euros extra for my daughter’s breakfast. Clearly he made up the price as one bread roll and a glass of water for 40 euros is ridiculous. Overall barely a 3 star - don’t expect friendly service or a breakfast you want to eat again. Stayed all over Bormio and this was the worst.
