This hotel could certainly do better on cleanliness & maintenance !! Room was spacious but had very bad floor with gaps between the boards !! There were long hairs everywhere in my room ( I did speak to the cleaning g lady about it ) Also please be aware the street out the front has tram lines running in 2 different directions that run from 5am until after 11pm & every 5 minutes !! So if you are a light sleeper like me it is very annoying !!

Very central has the essentials like air conditioning freezer shower with hot water and respectful prople and friendly. You find assistance anytime you want. Overall is very a very good bargain 👌

We booked a room, received confirmation of the booking, but at the hotel we were told that they haven't checked expedia bookigs and gave away our room to somebody else. So we had to stay elsewhere.... Not very professional staff at the hotel.

The location of the property is unrivalled - right next to Serdika, the historical centre of the town. Our room had a balcony overlooking Sofia Synagogue which was absolutely beautiful. It was comfortable, clean, roomy. It couldn't have been better. Myself and a friend had the twin room option as we were planning on going to a football match at the Vasil Levski stadium and then a couple of days seeing the sights of Sofia. It was the perfect hotel for this purpose, and so reasonably priced.

Great host, great place

Krasimir is a great host, very efficient in replying right from the beginning. Very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, and the room itself has everything you need; air conditioning, TV, towels, kettle, fridge. The room is clean and it's pretty quiet at night time. Can not recommend it more!
