I would not recommend based on my experience with one staff member Mira - she is the main receptionist and quite rude and condescending. - made my last day (first interaction) with her uncomfortable. - as a SOLO traveller they are better options. - all other staff members were amazing & rooms are kept very clean.

We loved our stay at the Location Hotel in Sofia. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location was very convenient. And the coffee bar by reception was a nice touch.
