Spend an unforgettable holiday in our charming holiday flats, which are located directly on the ski slope and the famous MTB trails. With an alpine flair that invites you to feel good, from December 2025 our accommodation will also offer a heated outdoor pool, a whirlpool as well as a sauna and steam bath with relaxation area and a few surprises to make your stay extra special.
The interior of holiday flat no. 1 covers around 54 m², with attention to detail reflected in the modern design. Equipped with a double room with box-spring beds and a sofa, another room with two single beds, a bathroom with a rain shower, a living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a balcony with a view of the mountains, perfect for relaxing. A flat-screen TV in the bedrooms and living room, Wi-Fi throughout the house, bed linen and towels and a safe round off the offer.
The outdoor area impresses with a south-facing balcony, which is furnished with chairs and tables and from which you can enjoy a marvellous view of the Ötztal mountains. A free car parking space, an electric charging station and a bike cellar with workbench and washing area are also available.
Our holiday flats are in a perfect location, surrounded by the idyllic Ötztal mountains, about 150 metres above the village centre of Sölden. A restaurant is in the immediate vicinity, about 300 metres away. The optimal connection to the Giggijoch ski area and the Harise and Traien MTB nature trails offer active holidaymakers the ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours. The village centre is only about 1.5 km away, and in summer the Ötztal Premium Card is included.
