They rate this hotel as 4 star but I would rate it 2 to 3 stars only - although the breakfast is truly fantastic - a 5 star breakfast. Whilst the hotel is quite tired in its decor etc it was very clean. A major gripe is that they do not automatically service the rooms each day. You have to 'opt in' for a service rather than having an opt out policy. This is not written anywhere - even at the hotel there is no sign at reception and they rely on the staff communicating this - it was not communicated to us so we got no service & only found out after returning from a day out. The towels are thread bare & definitely need to be updated. It looks like the hotel is slowly refurbishing - our bathroom was remodelled though not well as the floor gets very wet when having a shower.

Take care of the poolwater.

Probably cause of Covid the poolwater wasnt cleaned or circulated enough. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

Ett hotell som börjar bli lite slitet. Madrassen var alldeles för mjuk och en avsaknad av kontakter runt sÀngen. Frukosten var vÀldigt anonym och har varit bÀttre vid tidigare vistelser. PÄtalade en brist i rummet nÀr vi checkade ut och fick en "rÄdjur i strÄlkastare"-reaktion frÄn receptionisten. Vet inte om hon hade en dÄlig dag eller haft en trÄkig gÀstupplevelse innan men samspel mellan gÀster och hotell behöver vara smidigt för att rÀtta smÄbrister i rummen. Trevligt med gratis parkering pÄ innergÄrden.
