Quirky building with loads of character, was actually a hospital years ago. Friendly staff, great breakfast and interesting bar area with a very old iron/pressing machine used for bed sheets, many years ago.

Excellent location - right near the central railway which made it easy to get to when arriving by train. Short and scenic walk in to town. I think I would rate this as a 3 1/2 star as the condition of the hotel is a bit worn - but the staff was excellent and all in all it was a good value and location.

Absolutely excellent stay at PURO Gdańsk! The hotel has such an amazing vibe — modern, stylish, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The design and atmosphere really make it feel like a luxury boutique experience while still being relaxed and inviting. The location is perfect. It’s just steps away from the river and surrounded by so many great restaurants, cafes, and bars, making it incredibly easy to explore the city on foot. Everything in the Old Town feels conveniently close. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the overall service throughout the stay was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gdańsk.

The breakfast was pretty good but some mornings stuff was missing depending what time you got there and was never replenished. My biggest disappointment was I left an expensive phone charger in the room and contacted them about this on two separate occasions and both have been ignored. Very poor customer follow up.
