The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and sleek countertops, creating a modern space for meal preparation. All the cookware and tableware needed are provided, so you can cook breakfast with ease before heading out for the day. The kitchen island makes a great casual dining area and has seating for five.
The whole crew can gather in the living room, where a comfortable high-quality leather sofa awaits. Catch a movie on the wall mounted flatscreen TV or simply enjoy the rhythmic flicker of the fireplace. The gas fireplace adds a chic, modern feel to the space. While lingering in the living room, your eyes are sure to wander to the full wall of glass doors that stretch across one side. Admire the pine and mountain views from indoors or step out onto your private balcony, where you'll find chairs perfect for sitting in as you indulge in a steaming cup of coffee.
With a private bedroom on the main level and an upper-level loft, this condo is well suited to accommodate up to six guests with plenty of privacy for all. The private bedroom boasts a spacious king bed outfitted with high quality linens and a second flatscreen TV. Right across the hallway is the bathroom, which offers a tile and glass shower. There's plenty of space between the master bedroom and the loft, providing extra privacy in the evenings. Head up the stairs that lead from the great room to the loft to find two double beds and a third flatscreen TV. There is a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination located in the loft. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room sofa sleeper can also be utilized.
Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. This condo is air-conditioned to keep it cool during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
