This beautiful, newly updated condo is perfect for a family mountain getaway. The condo features an open floor plan that conveniently combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and barstools for casual dining at the end counter. The dining table accommodates six guests and is adjacent to the main living room, which features a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and wall-to-wall windows with mountain views. Guests will also enjoy the mountainside outdoor patio equipped with a BBQ grill.

This condo sleeps seven people. The first two bedrooms feature king beds with connected bathrooms. The third bedroom features three twin-sized beds, one of which is a bunk.

The Enclave is perfectly positioned on Assay Hill between the Elk Camp Gondola and Assay Hill chairlift, with ski-in/ski-out access to spectacular ski runs.** The property boasts an outstanding array of on-site amenities, including a shared outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, elevator access, and private ski lockers. Guests of The Enclave can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

**The Enclave offers ski storage on the unit patios of first-floor condos. Second- and third-floor guests can access ski lockers in a centrally located hallway between buildings 2 and 3. When tenants exit the center hallway, they may ski down to the Assay Hill chairlift, which will take them to the midway gondola station. They may ski down to Base Village or take the gondola up the mountain. Alternatively, many guests exit the center hallway, climb ~100 feet of stairs, and ski directly down to Base Village.

Mother daughter weekend getaway

Space was great, and layout was perfect. Patio felt very private. One room is listed as having 3 twins when it actually has 2 twins and a crib size mattress in a loft space. Living room seating is very comfortable and parking 2 cars was no problem. Could have used more towels.
