The room itself was nice, however I did not have any towels in my room upon arrival. In addition, after a long travel, I had to go downstairs to get some because the Desk Clerk informed me, he was the only one attending the desk.

The area was nice. Our room was never serviced while we were there. The phone and tv were broken, we alerted the front desk but they were never fixed. We did get more towels, so it was kind of a mixed bag.
