The Bird House, Brand new, Luxury Oceanfront, Private Pool, Elevator!

Welcome to The Bird House #156, the epitome of coastal luxury! Introducing Landmark Vacation Rentals’ newly built, breathtaking oceanfront beach house, where opulence meets tranquility, The Bird House #156 is nestled along the pristine shores or North Topsail Beach. This luxurious haven offers the ultimate retreat for those seeking a lavish getaway where guests will enjoy direct beach access, a private pool, chef’s kitchen with full sized Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer, elevator, and ample space to spread out and enjoy an unforgettable location with family and friends. We understand that your furry friends are family too, which is why The Bird House #156 is dog-friendly! An additional non-refundable fee of $300 per dog applies, with a maximum of two dogs allowed.

You will enter the house on the ground level where an elevator awaits to help you with luggage after a long drive. As you make your way to the second floor, you're greeted by an oceanfront media room with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax and unwind. This floor has two oceanfront bedrooms each with a king-sized bed, TV, large closet, ensuite bathroom, and oceanfront deck access. There are two additional bedrooms on the sound side of the house, each of which is set up with two twin over twin bunk beds accommodating four guests per room, with a TV, large closet and ensuite bathroom. A full sized laundry room is located on this floor for your convenience.

On the third floor, guests are greeted by an expansive living space adorned with contemporary furnishings and panoramic windows that frame sweeping views of the ocean. The open-concept design seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor living, inviting the gentle sea breeze to permeate throughout. This dream kitchen with double ovens and full sized Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer has ample space for cooking and gathering to share a meal with seating for 8 at the massive island and seating for 10 at the dining table. The living room has comfortable seating for family movie or game nights, and wet bar area with a dual zone beverage fridge for wine and beer! The oceanfront deck also offers multiple seating options to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine overlooking the pool and ocean. This third level has two bedrooms on the sound side of the house, each with a queen-sized bed, TV, large closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Finally, the top floor hosts the private master retreat with a king sized bed, private oceanfront balcony, TV, large closet, and huge master bathroom with walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms have been professionally decorated and adorned with crisp linens. This home comes equipped with board games, 10 Smart TVs, wireless internet, plenty of parking, and an outdoor shower for easy clean up.

There is a keyless entry lock, and guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. There is a limit of two dogs per reservation.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

The private pool can be heated for an additional fee in April, May, September, and October. The heated pool option is unavailable from June - August and November - March. Please note, that the pool heater will only heat 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature (forecasted low). Please call our office to add the heated pool fee to your reservation.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided and beds will be made upon arrival. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
