Compared to the some other hotels we stayed, this was the best by far. The receptionists were courteous and welcoming. The beds and the pillows were so comfortable. The room had just the right temperature without humid or being too cold. The light features under the plug outlets were such a thoughtful addition, especially families with kids. Room was spacious and extremely clean. If we were to travel to the area again, we would definitely choose Spark!

1. No EV charging on site. 2. The bathroom hair, shampoo/conditioner are a nice touch hanging in the bathtub but not in the middle wall. Did not give my wife (small person) and me(bigger person) comfortable room to shower. The staff was nice and knowledgeable! The place looked good!

One of the cleanest and most well maintianed hotle ive ever been in. Hotel rooms lobby and hallway smells so fragrant. Spacious room. Super comfortable beds. Perfect for my family of four. Price was such a deal. Will stay again

Everything about the hotel was great except a few things there wasn’t a fitness center meeting room, office room pool and there was not a good breakfast meaning there were no waffles grits sausage things like that. It’s a very nice hotel but very limited as well.

The hotel was clean and in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining options, and close to the interstate. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. A couple of things would probably keep us from staying here again though. There was no dresser to put clothes in, just a "cubby". Only 2 of the 4 cubbies were usable because the bottom two were on the floor (and one of them was occupied by the mini fridge). There were actually 2 fridges, one mini and one small. Not sure why there were 2. There was no outlet or usb port on one side of the bed so charging was a pain. And breakfast options were very limited (bagels, muffins, fruit). There was no coffee maker or tea in the room, they could only be obtained in the lobby. And no ice bucket or ice machine except on the first floor. To get the ice bucket we had to ask for it at the check-in desk. Those several small things added up, which is why we would probably choose another hotel next time.

Clean. Showers are small. Bed was saggy - even more than typical of a hotel. But it had a pillow top. Continental breakfast was clean, but limited.
