Over rated hotel with all the awards claimed displayed at front desk. Dirty carpet in the lift and muddy. Shower in bathroom doesn't work. Terrible bed.

We stay at alot of hotels for travel and sports. This is one we won’t be back too. The customer service when checking in was the worse we have had. When booking we were told it was a 50.00 deposit which we were willing to use our credit card. Then the lady said that no its 250.00. The way she talked to us was so unprofessional. She told us everywhere else charges the same you can find somewhere else to go. Then breakfast was horrible. We actually went to McDonalds. For what you pay.. They have only sausages and hard boiled eggs. The eggs were rubbery and tasted gross. There was no milk for cereal and we had to go ask for some. Then the bread was very hard and couldn’t toast it. There was nothing there for breakfast. The pillows were very hard and made sleeping near impossible. The room so boiling hot as well. Save yourself some stress and find somewhere else.
