**Introducing Ruby Red Luxury Home**
Our stunning, red-themed 2004 holiday home, now called *Ruby Red Luxury Home*, has undergone a complete makeover to enhance your comfort and relaxation. Featuring elegant rose gold wallpaper and stylish fixtures throughout, the open-plan living, kitchen, and dining areas create a bright, inviting atmosphere. With a neutral color palette and modern finishes, this caravan offers a peaceful retreat after a day on the beach or exploring local walks. Fully double-glazed, it ensures a warm, quiet stay in any season.
**Comfortable Living Space**
The lounge boasts a large wrap-around fixed dinette and a comfy corner sofa with a double sofa bed (bedding stored underneath), perfect for extra guests. Scatter cushions and a plush carpet add to the homely feel. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 50" TV, built-in DVD player, Freeview, and USB sockets, making relaxation effortless.
**Well-Equipped Kitchen**
Our fully fitted kitchen combines practicality with luxury, featuring a spacious gas hob, grill, oven, and a separate fridge/freezer. The beautiful 40mm worktops and comprehensive cookware set make preparing family meals a pleasure. Large windows open onto the enclosed wrap-around balcony, providing a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
**Outdoor & Safety Features**
Step outside onto the enclosed balcony with lockable gates—ideal for children and pets to play safely. The caravan is fully double-glazed, with gas and electric heating to keep you cozy, including a gas fire in the lounge and electric panel heaters in bedrooms and the shower room. Safety and comfort are prioritized with ceiling-mounted heaters in twin rooms and a control panel for easy temperature management.
**Modern Bathroom & Bedrooms**
The family shower room features a stylish large shower, heated towel rail, vanity unit, and WC. The master bedroom includes a double bed, 19" TV, large wardrobe, shaver point, and mirror. Two additional twin bedrooms with full-sized single beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for children and adults alike. Bedding and pillows can be provided for a fee, we can provide with optional sheets, duvet covers, towels, and additional cleaning available at an extra costs below.
Outside, the balcony offers a safe outdoor space for kids.
