Beautiful little guest house and friendly hosts.

Really nice little guest house in great location for a stay in Skegness, within a stones throw of the promenade and main strip. Really friendly owners and atmosphere. Tasty breakfast.

The hosts were so lovely and friendly. Made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were very nice, the ordering process is a great idea, had a good selection of cereals. The little extras in the rooms are such a lovely touch (slippers, wipes & packs of pocket tissues) our room was lovely, clean and spacious. We had a seaview. Thank you guys, we will definitely be back and will be recommending Clarence b&b. See you again soon.

I had a quiet room with comfy bed and soft pillows. plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. lovely soft towels and really soft toilet paper. very clean place with friendly hosts serving delicious breakfast with a good selection to choose from. I strongly recommend this b and b.

Having stayed at the same property previously - i knew what to expect - but was equally surprised to see the extra steps being taken in connection with Covid-19 best practice being out into affect - with the self service now currently dis continued & several hand sanitisers dotted around the communal areas of the property. Nice b and b but don't expect a sea view

Very nice b and b although was a little disappointed as we booked and pay the extra for a sea view room and the room is on the ground floor room 1 with a view of road so no sea view so very disappointed with that. Feel like false advertising as it was more money for that room with sea view and we didn't get that at all
