Superb 2-bedroom apartment with terrace, overlooking the sea. You can park your vehicle on the property and leave it alone during your vacation. The rental, completely renovated in 2019, is composed as follows: you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. This entire space has a splendid sea view and opens onto the terrace. For the sleeping area, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, the first with two twin single beds 80 x 190, and the second bedroom has a 140x190 bed. For amenities, you have a new bathroom with toilet and washing machine. Regarding the exteriors, you will have access to a terrace overlooking the sea, allowing you to enjoy your meals in the sun facing the Mediterranean. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and you have an internet box with wifi. We require a 25% deposit. The balance must be paid 1 month before moving in and no later than 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels provided for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. Pets may be allowed upon request; please let us know the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as boat tours of the Cassis creeks, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path, particularly Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, and discover the wines of Bandol. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for making olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden. If you're looking for small board games, we recommend Atanière, a store offering a wide variety of board games for all ages.
