CHARMING, QUIET house in Le Brusc right next to the sea and shops

The house is located in a private dead end, a true haven of peace, while being close to the pretty port of Brusc, which has remained very picturesque, where there are many shops, restaurants, bars, mini-market, market ...
You have access on foot to the exceptional natural site of Gaou, to wild coves, to hiking trails in the magnificent Cape Sicié massif, to the sailing school, to many nautical activities, to the beaches and to the pier for Embiez Island. A stay without a car is therefore quite possible!

Upstairs, the house consists of:
- a large living room decorated with care that includes an equipped kitchen / dining / living room, open onto a beautiful terrace with a drop-down blind, a most pleasant space in any season.
- three bedrooms: bedroom 1 (one double bed), bedroom 2 (two single beds), bedroom 3 (two bunk beds and one single bed)
- a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The ground floor is an independent two-room apartment comprising: a bedroom equipped with two single beds which can be joined into a double bed, a living room whose sofa is convertible into a bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The living room opens onto a large terrace.

Household linen is not provided.
Cleaning on departure is compulsory, it is 110 euros.

The garden, with an area of 700 m2, is a protected space arranged to offer the maximum of pleasure: pétanque ground (with balls available), ping pong table, table football, hammock, barbecue, deckchairs ... Pleasure and relaxation guaranteed!
Two or three cars can be parked on a gravelled driveway along the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony.
