Villa Zen is a beautiful villa in Sitges with magnificent sea views , located at the top of a hill in the Levantina neighborhood . From here you can look out over the town of Sitges and it is less than 10 minutes' drive from the center , with all its attractions and sandy beaches . It is also less than 30 minutes' drive from Barcelona El Prat Airport .



This Mediterranean-style villa , with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people , is spread over 3 floors plus a fourth floor where the private pool is located . The main entrance is at the top of the villa, next to the parking lot .

On the first floor are all the bedrooms, designed for guests' relaxation . There are two double bedrooms that share a modern bathroom with an Italian shower and whirlpool tub , and access to a private terrace with sea views . One of the bedrooms has exclusive access to this terrace with the same beautiful blue views .

There are also two other bedrooms with sea views : one with a double bed and the other with two single beds , which share a bathroom with a shower . The parquet flooring adds a warm and welcoming touch to this entire floor.

Arrival information:- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 do not pay)
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check -ins after midnight, there is a €50 supplement.

Exit information:- Check-out time is at 11 am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon leaving, the keys should be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
