Sitges Spaces Mediterranean Penthouse is a gorgeous penthouse, completely renovated in 2023, enjoying a privileged central location with spectacular open views and just a short walk from the many popular beaches of Sitges!

From the moment you open the door, you will feel as if you were in paradise, both due to the visual impact of a newly renovated apartment with perfect distribution and an abundance of beautiful natural light which radiates thru the apartment, thanks to its ideal south facing orientation and amazing open-air terrace !

The apartment has TWO large double rooms (one with a 180 cm king size bed and the other with two single beds that can also be joined together as a king size bed) together with TWO modern and spacious bathrooms with built-in showers (one of the bathrooms ensuite). The penthouse can perfectly accommodate four people in total luxury and comfort! The beautiful kitchen, in open plan with the living/dining room, is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals throughout your stay!

Undoubtedly, one of the most attractive points of this beautiful penthouse is its large terrace divided into two separate areas; one for exterior dining and the other with comfortable armchairs and sofas to relax with family and/or friends! An ideal place to sit, eat, have a drink or simply relax, enjoying the best of Sitges, just a footsteps away! The terrace is also equipped with automatic awnings to protect against the hot summer sun!

The apartment building is equipped with a modern elevator and guests also have the option of renting a nearby parking space for a small daily supplement!



For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
