Okay

Good hot breakfast, not many gluten free options. Good tea. Coffee maker in room (I'm not a coffee drinker). We didn't have time to use the pool. Fridge, microwave, and AC work great. Beds were comfortable, but sheets were stained. There were a few badly patched spots on the walls. Good water pressure in the shower. Clean towels. TV was directly plugged into the wall, which I did not appreciate because I could not unplug it to get the light to go away. Curtains do not block light. Rooms were much nicer than the exterior of the building and parking lot would suggest, but the walls are really thin.

We were suppose to have an early check-in at 11am. We got there at noon. The guy at the front desk came out of the back room and immediately stated check-in is at 3pm. I told him we paid for early check-in and he rudely told us “No early check-ins.” Then walked away. The pool water was cloudy and something was floating on the top. The hot tub had a ring around the water level and the jets didn’t work. My son asked for another pillow and after the third person he was sent to, they said they do not give more pillows because people steal them. As for our room, the door was very hard to open as it was stuck shut and you had to really force the door to open and close it. The bathroom door was the same way. The carpet was stained but not dirty, if that makes sense. The refrigerator had no shelves and you couldn’t open the door very far because it would get stuck on the floor. (Warped) We ordered breakfast one morning from Denny’s and had it delivered, to which they did not send syrup or butter. My son went down to see if they had some of those syrup packets in the breakfast area and the front desk guy told him breakfast was closed. He asked if he could just get some syrup and the guy told him, “No, breakfast is closed.” This guy was more into his phone and did not like being disturbed while he was on it. We got all of our belongings out of the room by 10am and went back for our refrigerated stuff but we were locked out already! Checkout is at 11am, this was 10am!!

The staff was friendly, but overall conditions of the room and property were terrible. TV didn’t work properly (only 1 channel worked), nozzle to shower fell right off and room was just dirty. Would not stay here again

Ok for a night...

It was ok for a night, but I would not stay here again. Bathroom doorknob was barely hanging on in one of our rooms, pool and hot tub were cloudy, and we ended up having breakfast elsewhere due to lack of options available at the buffet.

Conditions of property in very poor condition…paint peeling on exterior of building, lawn needed to be mowed, not very welcoming to say the least. Thank goodness the bed linen looked ok. Unfortunately the sink and shower drained very slowly. The previous night in Wyoming was wonderful for the same price! Breakfast horrible…cold greasy sausage.

Charged $40 per cat to stay. Hotel was in poor condition and my non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke. Left and ended up staying at the Baymont which I highly recommend.

WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

Outdated, sheets and pillowcases had stains, bad odor in room, doors stick (bathroom, fridge and to room), chair had bolt missing and other one very loose which is an accident waiting to happen. Site says $75 deposit, they took $100 along with cost of room as soon as i checked in and I'm still waiting two days later for return of $100. Dropped keys off at front desk and told employee i was leaving before 10am. Get an email afterwards asking me to check out online and asked what time i was checking out. I didn't see email until i stopped to fill up car some 2+ hours later, so kind of concerned they may pull something shady. Yes i got those vibes when i checked in. Multiple staff sitting and standing around on phones, had to wait awhile before one of them came to front desk to check me in, even thigh i had checked in on line prior. Fingers crossed on getting my "deposit" back. If i was going to spend that much money i would've gotten a cleaner, updated hotel with a restaurant, hot tub that worked and in better area of town. Not happy with stay. Oh yes, let's not forget getting surprised when taking my garbage to dumpster and about walked into homeless person sleeping right next to it.
