Please get a bigger parking lot!! Other than that, I could not have asked for a better stay. The room was breathtaking, and I got some of the best sleep of my life. Additionally, all of the dinner spots were in walking distance down the street. Highly recommend to anyone looking to discover Sioux Falls!

Gorgeous hotel within walking distance to Falls Park and all that downtown has to offer. The bed and pillows made for great sleep and the hotel room was inviting and welcoming. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I visit Sioux Falls.

Historic beauty

Beautiful hotel and location to walk around dt. Had alot of drag racers and car music blaring at night during bar hours. Not the hotels fault. Fun location with cool history of the hotel. Very unique property.

We had a very nice stay. The room was clean and modern, and the staff was excellent. The bar had good food and drinks. The valet was quick and efficient. It is downtown, and the nightlife outside our window kept us up until wee hours, but I really didn’t mind too much. I’m a light sleeper, so that might have been why too. I would stay here again, for the proximity to downtown, friendliness, cleanliness, and atmosphere.

I prefer to stay away from the big chains for several reasons. This propert was beautiful, the historic charm with updated facilities. The service was top notch. The beds were comfortable and the A/C didn’t sound like a generator every time it cycled on. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Outstanding! My room was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Fast and easy check-in and out. Great location and so close to so many dining and entertainment options within walking distance. But if you don’t feel like leaving, you can eat and drink on-site at The Treasury, which had great food and drinks. The bartenders were all 10/10. Overall a fantastic experience. This is the place to stay in Downtown Sioux Falls.
