Nice

Great as it was the first time we stayed. Here’s a pro tip: if you’re a lighter sleeper, ask for a room on the side of the hotel furthest away from the road. Traffic can be noisy. Rooms are great and breakfast is excellent ad well. Will always stay here if in this area.

The property was very clean and quiet. There is a very good restaurant just across the parking lot and a nice coffee shop just across the road. It is just a few minutes drive to Souix Falls so you get much more for your money staying just south in Tea at the Gateway Park Hotel and Suites

Great hotel

Beautiful hotel. Breakfast included. Rooms are great. Nice area around the hotel. There’s a restaurant basically across the parking lot. We didn’t eat there but it was busy so I’m sure the food is good. And, after a long drive it’s nice to have something that close. I’m glad we’re staying here again on the return portion of our vacation.

Spectacular 1 Night Stay!

I was pleasantly surprised! 9.2 out of 10 is an understatement it’s more like a 12 out of 10! The entire building from the moment you walk in the sliding doors, to the moment you flop down on your bed, is so incredibly clean. Front desk girl was very friendly upon check in, and so was the one working the next morning when I checked out. It is WELL WORTH the price! Extra bonus is it’s not really expensive to start with. Unlike most hotels, this place doesn’t charge a nightly deposit, or any other deposit. Just pay the price of the room and enjoy your state. One of the better breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in the past couple years as well. Your only about 10-12 minutes from all your favorite places in Sioux Falls, and right across the parking lot is an awesome restaurant called Squeelers! I recommend ordering the Chislic! I also forgot something in my room and when I called later and talked to the manager, she was awesome and friendly as well. This might be my new go-to hotel when I make trips to Sioux Falls. I really like it and had nothing bad to say at all.

The visit was great! Pool was clean and warm, our room was clean. The only complaint i had was that the walls were a little thin so we heard another guest snoring but thats not something than can immediately be fixed.

First of all, the staff at this hotel are welcoming, polite and professional. The property is conveniently located on 271st Street and Gateway Lane, less than 2 miles East of I-29, exit 73 (271st Street). A modern very well kept hotel. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and many hot breakfast choices. We were in the area to visit the falls and it was a short 20-minute drive from our hotel. I wish I had gotten some of the names of the staff so I could give them a personal shout-out for their great service.
